Linda C. Kilroy, Trustee ofthe John G. Kilroy, Jr. Revocable Trust, dated September 7, 2001
("Grantor"), for Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Linda C. Kilroy
and her successors in Trust, Trustee of the Kilroy Family Bypass Trust established under agreement
dated September 7, 2001, whose address is P.O. Box 1210, Thayne, WY 83127 ("Grantee"), the
following described real estate located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws ofthe State of Wyoming:
Lots 1,2,3 and 4 of the Kilroy Addition to the Town of Alpine, as described in the
Final Plat of the Kilroy Addition to the Town of Alpine in the N/2SE/4 of Section 29,
T37N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming dated June 15, 1999
Lot Twelve (12) Star Valley Ranch Plat Sixteen (16) as platted and recorded in the official
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming
together with all rights, property and interests appurtenant thereto, including without limitation, all
buildings, improvements and fIxtures located on the real estate, and all easements and rights-of-way
pertaining thereto, but subject to all rights-of-way, easements, exceptions, reservations, conditions,
covenants and restrictions presently of record, the provisions of which touch and concern, or pertain to,
the above-described real estate.
