is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sen, transfer, assign and convey unto the
parties listed below, hereinafter called "Assignees", their heirs and assigns, all of Assignor's
right, title and interest, in and to the leases described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a
part hereof, in the proportions lIS follows:

The lease acreage hereby is assigned by the Assignor and a.ccepted by the Assignees
subject to the royalties and/or other burdens out of or with respect to production with which said
lease acreage is encumb~. The Assignees hereby assume and agree to pay their propo(!ionate
part of each of said burdens to the extent that they are a. part or remain a. burden on the lease
acreage h.ereiI1 assigned and to comply with the terms of any agreements under which the lease
acreage may have been acquired.
This Assignment is made without wammty oftitie either express or implied.
This instrument may be ex~ in any number of ¢01JIlterparts, each of which shall be
considered an original for all recordation purposes. It shall be sufficient that aD signature pages
and a.c:knowledgme.n.t pages be cumulated with one original document
