Erickson and Polly R. Erickson, Husband and Wife, grantees, whose address is: PO Box 16, Smoot, WY 83126 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 30 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly described that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of County in Book 192PR on page 597, as follow: Beginning at a point North 34°37'01" East, 1123.56 feet from the Southwest Corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, found as described in the Corner Records filed in said Office; Thence North 79°53'36" East, 295.00 feet, along as existing fence line, in part, to a point at a fence corner; Thence South 01 °22'52" West, 225.66 feet, along an existing fence line in part, to a point on the Northerly right of way line to the Reeves-Schwab County Road Npo. 12-149; Thence South 86°08'23" West, 23~61 feet, along said right of way line, to a point; Thence North 75°05'24" West, 273.15 feet, along said right of way, to a point; Thence North 01 °22'52" East, 105.17 feet, to the point of beginning.
