Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

Grantee, whose mailing address is 1133 9th West Avenue, the following described real
estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Part of Lot 9 of Block 10 of the Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 9 at a pin common to Lot 9, Lot 8 and
9th West Avenue; thence North 84.73 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
West 130.00 feet; thence North 18.33 feet' thence East 130.00 feet; thence
South 18.33 feet to the true point of beginning, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record.
