QUITCLAIM DEED
COMES NOW Gail L. Winterholler, under Financial Power of Attorney for
Patricia Knust, also known as Patricia L. Knust, a married woman dealing in her sole and
separate property, with said Power of Attorney dated the 31 st day of July, 2008, whose
mailing address is P.O. Box 1003, Gillette, Campbell County, Wyoming 82717,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and does hereby quitclaim all of her right, title, and
interest in and to the following real property and improvements listed on the attached
Exhibit "A" to the Grantee as follows:
TO: Patricia L. Knust and Gail L. Winterholler, as Co-Trustees of the
First Restatement of the Patricia L. Knust Revocable Trust dated
January 31, 1991, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1003,
Gillette, Wyoming 82717.
For and in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim to the Grantee all
of her right, title, and interest in and to said real property and improvements, subject to
easements, covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-record.
The Grantor hereby releases any and all rights or claims which she may have by
virtue of the Homestead and exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WI1N~~WHEREOF, the Grantor and Grantee have signed this Quitclaim
Deed on this ~ day of April, 2009.
