HomeMy WebLinkAbout946619 CORRECTED LIEN STATEMENT (:'0,,/(42 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: THE UNDERSIGNED LIEN CLAIMANT, did, on the 29th day of January, 2009, record a Lien Statement in Book 714 at Page 8 as Receiving No. 944945 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming (the "Lien Statement") which was given as notice of its intention to hold a lien upon the following described property or improvements, owned or purportedly owned by Wheeler Investments, LLC, located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and legally described as: "That property described on the Plat Map recorded as Receiving No. 940593 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming, specifically Star Valley Storage Condominiums, less and excepting those properties listed as Exhibit B." This Corrected Lien Statement is filed to clarify the nature and extent of the property encumbered by Claimants Lien Statement. NOW THEREFORE, the Lien Statement shall NOT encumber the following properties, which are hereby released form any encumbrance created by the Lien Statement: Units 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 24, and 25 of Building A of the Star Valley Storage Condominiums recorded July 16, 2008 as Receiving No. 944945 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming. The Remaining property shall remain encumbered by the Lien Statement, specifically: Units 1- 2, 11-23 of Building A and Units 1-25 of Building B of the Star Valley Storage Condominiums recorded July 16, 2008 as Receiving No. 944945 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming and the remaining portions of Lot7, Rocky Point Business Park Second Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to the official plat thereof filed on July 10, 2008 as Receiving No. 940431 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
