KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FRANK JOSEPH SCIGLIANO, of the
City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIlVIS to SHANE FRED SCIGLIANO and
CORBIN FRANK SCIGLIANO, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, Grantees, all interest
presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following desc:ribed real estate, situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot Numbered Nine (9) in Block Numbered Thirty-One (31) in the First Addition to
the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as per plat thereof recorded in
the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Reserving and excepting therefrom, however, unto Frank Joseph Scigliano the full
use, control, income, and possession of the property for and during his natural life.
