Division of First Tennessee Bank, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing
the date of JANUARY 11, 2007, made and executed by ARDELL P. PARK, A
MARRIED MAN AS HIS SOLE AND SEPARATE PROPERTY, to First Horizon
Home Loans, a Division of First Tennessee Bank, as mortgagee, conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $55,000.00 as therein stated,
which mortgage was re~orded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of LINCOLN County, Wyoming on JANUARY 19, 2007, in Book 646, Page
670, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
