WARRANTY DEED
KARL DEE WILDE and VONNIE W. WILDE, husband and wife,
Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to KARL D. WILDE
and VONNIE W. WILDE, as Trustees of the KARL D. WILDE AND VONNIE W.
WILDE TRUST dated April 21, 2009, Grantees, whose address is HC 36
Box 126, Cokeville, Wyoming, 83114, the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
