KNOW ALL PERSON BY THESE PRESENTS, that ROBERT L. SPICER and
WANDA A. SPICER, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, 6375 South Highland
Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121, GRANTORS, for consideration ofTen Dollars ($10,00) and
other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT to ROBERT L. SPICER and WANDA A. SPICER, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided Sixty-One Percent (61 %) interest, and to JIM A.
WELCH and SUZETTE JO WELCH, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an
undivided Thirty-Nine Percent (39%) interest, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, c/o
6375 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121, GRANTEES, and their heirs and
assigns, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming, to wit:
That part of Section 11, T33N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described in the attached property description marked as "Exhibit A" and
titled "DESCRIPTION FOR STONEBROOK REAL ESTATE, INC. / STONEBROOK
TRACT".
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
