KNOW ALL PERSON BY THESE PRESENTS, that JIM A. WELCH and
SUZETTE JO WELCH, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, 4876 Viewmont Drive,
Holladay, Utah 84117, GRANTORS, for consideration of Ten Dollars ($10,00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY
AND WARRANT to JIM A. WELCH and SUZETTE JO WELCH, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, an undivided Thirty-Nine Percent (39%) interest, and to ROBERT L.
SPICER and WANDA A. SPICER, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided
Sixty-One Percent (61 %) interest, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, c/o 6375 South
Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to wit:
The Sl/2Sl/2NEl/4SW1/4 of Section 11, T33N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
