single man, and BRYAN TY LUTHI, a single man, as tenants in common, GRANTORS, c/o
P.O, Box 249, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto FRED D. BROG and ANNIE C.
BROG, husband and wife, and ANNIE C. BROG, TRUSTEE for the BF Company dated April
15, 1994, GRANTEES, 1644 Stateline Road, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, and their heirs and/or
successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and
demand as they may have or ought to have in and to all of the following described property, to
wit:
That property described in the description marked "Exhibit A", attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, said parcel comprising 4.38 acres, more or less.
Said parcel is hereby added a boundary adjustment to the following described property:
That parcel described as Tract 2 in the Warranty Deed with Release of Homestead
that was recorded in the lands records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on January 19, 1993,
in Book 323 PR at Pages 298 and 299 as Instrument No. 759886, excepting there from
the land that was described in the Quitclaim Deed that was recorded in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on September 20, 1995 in Book 373PR at Pages 537 and 538
as Instrument No. 808552. Copies of both deeds are attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
