RELEASE OF LINE OF CREDIT TRUST DEED
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Rivergate Federal Credit Union, does
hereby certify that Line of Credit Trust Deed bearing the date of October 3, 2008 made
and executed by R. Joe Kasten ~d Sheilah S. Kasten, Trustees of the Kasten Living
Trust, dated December 12, 2005, and any amendments thereto, as Grantor(s) to Rivergate
Federal Credit Union as Grantee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $80,344,50 as therein stated, which Line of Credit Trust Deed
was recorded in the office ofthe Coun'ty Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 6,2008 in Book 706PR, Page 363
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32
North, Range 119 West~ 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming being part of that tract of
record in the office of the. Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 246.PR on page 699,
described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the South Hne of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter, identical with the Southwest corner of that tract of record in said ofiice in
Book 313PR on page 573, South 89°09.5' West, 660.00 feet from the Southeast corner of
said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, found as described in the Certified
Land Comer Recordation Certificate tiled in said office;
thence continuing South 89°09.5' West, 267.52 feet, along said South Line, to a point;
thence North 10°47.1' West, 670.05 feet, along an existing fence to a poi.nt;
thence North 89°09.5' East, 387.66 feet to a point, identical with the Northwest corner
of said tract in Book 313;
thence South 00°27.4' East, 660.00 feet, along the West line of said tract in "Book 313, to
the Point of Beginning.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said Grantee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said Grantor(s) the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
