~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT, That Wyoming National Bank A Corporation, of the
County of Fremont, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a mortgage, bearing the 19th of April,
2006, made and executed by Josh Paumer, as mortgagor(s), to Wyoming National Bank, as mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned security for the payment of $63,309.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County 'Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN
County, State of Wyoming, on the 10th day of May A.D. 2006, Document Number: #918194-Book 619 Page
418, mortgaging the following described real estate in said, to-wit:
Lot 67 of Prater Canyon Estates Unit 4, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed
on July 6, 1970 as instrument No. 423838 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Is with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said
mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Wyoming National Bank has caused these presents to be signed by its
