KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: the undersigned, Hilda A.
Titensor, Trustee of the Von S. Titensor Revocable trust, dated the 12th day of November,
1986, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, is the legal and equitable holder of a certain
mortgage executed on the 22nd day of January, 2009 and a promissory note of the same
date evidencing a lien on certain real estate herein described and a promise to make
semi-annual payments beginning July 22, 2009 in the amount of $5,058.61 and every six
months thereafter until 2014. On January 22, 2014 the total interest and principal shall
be due in full to the Mortgagee. Payments shall be made payable to the order of Hilda A.
Titensor, Trustee of the Von S. Titensor Revocable Trust, dated the 12th day of
November, 1986, executed by Kay M. Burton and Aneta R. Burton, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in and for the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming on or about the 27th day of January, 2009, in Book 713, Page 671, with
instrument number 944905 of the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk, including
and evidencing the lien on the following described real property:
Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 contained within the "BURTON TWINHOME
ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF AFTON IN THE Nl/2 LOT 1 BLOCK 5
ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF AFTON WITHIN THE SW1/ 4NW1/ 4
SECTION 30 T32N Rn8W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING" as recorded
in the official records in the Lincoln County Clerk in and for the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
For good and fair consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned, Hilda A. Titensor, Trustee of the Von S. Titensor Revocable trust, dated the
12th day of November, 1986, hereby discharges and releases the property described as:
Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the "BURTON TWINHOME ADDITION TO THE TOWN
OF AFTON IN THE Nl/2 LOT 1 BLOCK 5 ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF
AFTON WITHIN THE SW1/ 4NW1/ 4 SECTION 30 T32N Rn8W
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING" as recorded in the official records in the
Lincoln County Clerk in and for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
which is a portion of the property described in the above-stated mortgage from all liens
held by the undersigned, Hilda A. Titensor, Trustee ofthe Von S. Titensor Revocable
trust, dated the 12th day of November, 1986, to secure the payment of the above-stated
mortgage and promissory note.

However, it is expressly agreed that this is a partial release only, and shall not
affect the lien secured by the above-stated mortgage and promissory note as to the
remaining property described in Exhibit A, in favor of Hilda A. Titensor, Trustee of the
Von S. Titensor Revocable trust, dated the 12th day of November, 1986.
In witness whereof, Hal Titensor by Power of Attorney for Hilda A. Titensor,
Trustee of the Von S. Titensor Revocable trust, dated the 12th day of November, 1986 has
caused the Partial Release of Real Estate Mortgage to be signed this Þ. ___'5 day of

Hilda A. Titensor Trustee of the Von S. Titensor Revocable Trust, dated the 12th day of
November, 1986, that he personally appeared before me and was dually sworn and upon
oath represented that he has Power of Attorney for Hilda Titensor the trustee of the
Trust that the foregoing Partial Release of Real Estate Mortgage was executed on behalf
of the Trust and that he had authority under the terms under the written Trust and that it
was the Trust's free act and deed of the Trust.
