WHEREAS, a mortgage was given by Samuel W. Taylor, a married man, as his sole, mortgagor, in favor
of First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, mortgagee, dated July 7,2006, recorded July 10,2006, in Book 625, at
Page 872, as Instnunent Number 920092, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, given to secure
payment of a note in the in the amount of$149,000.00; and
WHEREAS, saId note and mortgage havmg been assigned to the Wyommg Commumty Development
Authority by instntment dated August 18, 2006, and recorded August 21, 2006, in Book 631, Page 28, as
Instntment Number 921536 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County Wyoming; and

direction of the Wyoming Community Development Authority, as Mortgagee, proceeded to advertise and sell said
real property pursuant to the power of advertisement and sale set f011h in said M011gage and the laws of the State
of Wyoming, on the 2''''~' day of December, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., at public auction at the front door of the Lincoln
County Courthouse; and
