mortgagee named in that certain mortgage given LILA B. WHEATLEY, A SINGLE PERSON, to First
Interstate Bank, to secure payment of the principal sum of$150,000.00 dated on the 19TH day of MAY,
20 08, and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, State of Wyoming, on the
27TH day of MAY, 20 08 in Book 695 of Mortgage Records, at Page 468, Instrument Number 939312,
covering the following described lands:

that the mortgage described herein has been fully satisfied by the payment of the debt secured thereby, and

Beginning at a point 13.99 feet North 0°06'41" West and 328.58 feet North 89°06'41"
East, from the Southwest comer of said West half of the Northeast quarter; thence North
0°03'20" West, 1249.42 feet to a point on the centerline of a 60 foot wide road easement;
thence North 89°12'08" East, along last said centerline, 329.79 feet; thence South
