Kristine Ford, a married woman dealing in her sole and separate property, of Fairview,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for the consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Ted R. Miller and Peggy
Anne Miller, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of PO Box 3393, Hailey, ID

83333, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming:
Part of Lot 3 of Block 29 to the Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning 10 rods east of the southwest corner of said Lot 3 and running thence
East 10 rods; thence North 15 rods; thence West 10 rods; thence South 15 rods
to the place of beginning.
LESS and EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded April 1, 1997,
in Book 395 PR on page 513 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations, and rights-of-way of sight or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
