Comes now in accordance with Paragraphs 34-12-108 through 34-12-
110 of the Wyoming Statutes 2007, as amended, I the undersigned,
Kip R. Wilkes, Manager of Lower Valley LLC, whose address is
P.O. Box 890, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, hereby give notice and the
desire to Vacate Lot 6, Lot 7, and Lot 8 of the Star Valley
Apartments Second Filing, and the Non-Exclusive Access Driveway
and Utilities Right-of-Way Easements thereon, as delineated on
the Plat recorded with document No. 901938, on Map No. 149-G,
with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The undersigned Affiants, being duly sworn according to law, do
hereby make the following statements of fact and affirm:
1. That Lower Valley LLC is the current owner and proprietor
of said Lot 6, Lot 7, and Lot 8.
2. That Lower Valley LLC is the current owner and proprietor
of the property surrounding said Lot 6, Lot 7, and Lot 8,
as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No.
946581, in Book 720, on Page 598, with said Office.
3. That after Vacation, the lands previously referred to as
Lot 6, Lot 7, and Lot 8, shall revert back to being a
undivided part of the surrounding property, as referred to
in said Deed of record in Book 720, on Page 598, with said
Office.
4. That after Vacation there will be no adverse affect to Lot
5, of said Star Valley Apartments Second Filing.
5. That after Vacation, there will be no change in location
or use of Hokanson Avenue, as delineated on the Plat
recorded with Document No. 895989, on Map No. 81-I, with
said Office.
The Affiant hereby Vacate said Lot 6, Lot 7, and Lot 8, and
respectively request the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming make
the appropriate annotation on the Plat record~d with document
No. 901938, on Map 7: 149-G to r~c.t.. th0acation of Lot 6,
