CORPORATE ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and
transf3rs to US Bank National Association, as Trustee for the CML TI Asset-Backed
Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007 -AMC3, whose address is 4828 Loop Central
Drive, Houston, TX 77081, all the rights, title and interest in and to that certain Real
Estate Mortgage dated January 9, 2007, executed by Daniel James Kopcho and
Virginia Beth Kopcho, to Argent Mortgage Company, LLC and recorded on January
16,2007, at Reception No. 926106 in Book 646 at Page 355 of the Official Records
in the County Recorder's Office of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on real estate
legally described as follows:
