the entirety, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 1277, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in
consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and
warrant to THOMAS W. BRUNDAGE and JUDY BRUNDAGE, Trustees, or their successors in
trust, under THE BRUNDAGE LIVING TRUST, DATED APRIL 28, 2009, for the benefit of
THOMAS W, BRUNDAGE and JUDY BRUNDAGE and their heirs, Grantee, whose address is
PO Box 1277, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate:
The property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 571 at Page 438 as
Receiving No. 904253 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming a copy of
which is attached hereto.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
