ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST
P A TRlCIA E. LOONEY, of Sublette County, Wyoming ("Assignor"), does hereby transfer
and assign unto PATRICIA E. LOONEY, as Trustee ofthe PATRICIA E. LOONEY TRUST dated
April 9, 2009 ("Assignee"), all of the Assignor's right, title and interest in and to that certain
Installment Sale Agreement dated June 25,2004, by and between Assignor, as Seller, and Charles N.
Raines, a single man, as Purchaser (the "Agreement"), and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk at Book 560, Page 306, pertaining to the following described real estate, situated in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Lots 14 and 18 of the Viola Subdivision, Phase I, Lincoln County, Wyoming
including but not limited to all of Assignor's right to future payments under the Agreement.
Assignor hereby covenants that Assignor has the right to transfer and assign the same, and that
Assignor will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Assignment this 9th day of
April, 2009.
