PATRICIA E. LOONEY, of Sublette County, Wyoming ("Assignor"), does hereby transfer
and assign unto PATRICIA E. LOONEY, as Trustee of the PATRICIA E. LOONEY TRUST dated
April 9, 2009 ("Assignee"), all of the Assignor's right, title and interest in and to that certain
Installment Sale Agreement dated August 9, 2006, by and between Assignor, as Seller, and Larry R.
Corff and Kelly M. Corff, husband and wife, as Purchasers (the "Agreement"), and recorded in the
Office ofthe Lincoln County Clerk at Book 631, Page 380, pertaining to the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 39 of the Viola Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming
including but not limited to all of Assignor's right to future payments under the Agreement.
Assignor hereby covenants that Assignor has the right to transfer and assign the same, and that
Assignor will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Assignment this 9th day of
April, 2009.
