HEINER, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under THE HEINER FAMILY LIVING TRUST, DATED MAY 4,2009, for the benefit of EV AN GLENN HEINER and LESLIE C. HEINER and their heirs, Grantees, whose address is 2714 County Road 122, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate: The property described on the Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 496 at Page 148, as Receiving No. 883076, recorded on August 8, 2002; the property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 481 at Page 519, as Receiving No. 878606, recorded on January 17, 2002; and the property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 452 at Page 623 as Receiving No. 868539, recorded on September 25, 2000 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming, copies of which are attached hereto. Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
