I, Mary J. Papworth,rbeing of lawful age and first duly sworn according to law,
upon my oath, depo~e and state:

1. That I am of a~ult ag~, a resident of Salt Lake City, Utah, and the Affiant
herein. i :
2. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the
County Clerk'for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer,
Wyoming in Book 13 of Deeds on page 127 is recorded a Deed. The
Deed, dated the 13 day of July, 1925 conveys unto Joe Evezich and
Josephine Evezich, as Husband and Wife the following described
property, to-wit:
Lot 3 and 4 of Block 53 of the Second Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
thereof.
3. That said Joe: Evezich died on the 13 day of June, 1971, and a copy of
the original certificate of death, certified to as true an correct by public
authority in V\(hich the original of said certificate is a matter of record, is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

4. That by reas~n of death of said Joe Evezich and by reason of §2-9-102
W.S. (1980),i the decedents interest and title in said conveyance has
terminated and title to the real property conveyed thereby has vested
absolutely in Josephine Evezich continuously since the death of the said
decedent,
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
