KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Richard Val Dee Kennington aka Richard
Valdee Kennington and Cecilia Dale Kennington, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein
CONVEY and QUITCLAIM unto Richard Val Dee Kennington and Cecilia Dale Kennington and
their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Val and Dale Kennington Family
Trust between Grantors and Trustee, dated the 15th day of March, 2000, Richard Val Dee Kennington
and Cecilia Dale Kennington, beneficiaries, of 67 Kennington-Burton Lane, Afton, WY 83110, all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all
the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
That part of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 13, T32N, R119W, within the
Incorporated Limits of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being all of
that tract of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 98 PR on
page 548 and part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 444 PR on page
467 more particularly described on the attached "Description for Val and Dale
Kenning Trust, dated 15 March 2000, Kennington House Tract".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Richard Val Dee Kennington and Cecilia Dale Kennington, husband
and wife, have hereunto set their hands as of the 6th day of May, 2009.
