WHEREAS, Ryan L. Olsen and Amy B. Olsen, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Chapel Funding, LLC, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by
that certain mortgage dated June 21, 2006 (the "Mortgage"), and duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 26, 2006, at Reception
No. 919677 in Book 624 at Page 460.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp.
Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp.
Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-HE4, Asset Backed Pass-Through
Certificates

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities
Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities
Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-HE4, Asset Backed Pass-Through
Certificates, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded
to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on
December 9, 2008, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the
front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue,
Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on. behalf of ACE
Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE
Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-HE4, Asset Backed Pass-
Through Certificates ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the
hereinafter described real property in the sum of $296,406.42, and the said real
property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on December 9, 2008
("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in
and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale
Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of
the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on December 9, 2008, at Reception No. 944074 in Book 710
at Page 742;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said HSBC Bank USA,
N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and
for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust,
Series 2006-HE4, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, 1661 Worthington
Road, Suite 100, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, its successors and assigns, all

right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:

OFFICIAL PLAT FILED ON DECEMBER 8, 1982 AS
INSTRUMENT NO. 588334 OF THE RECORDS OF

Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
