Sim Arnold Mayne a/k/a Sim A. Mayne, Grantor, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS TO Dale Lee Smuin and Jeralyn K. Smuin,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of P.O. Box 93,
Diamondville, WY 83116, Grantee, herein the following described
real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 117 West of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all buildings and improvements thereon and
Z appurtenances thereto and all rights, privileges and hereditaments
belonging or appertaining thereto.
SUBJECT to easements, rights-of-way, reservations, covenants
and restrictions of record.
