RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson,
Trustees of the Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust dated April 10, 1997, do hereby
certify that mortgage bearing the date of January 31, 2008 made and executed by Melvin
Dean Shoell and Angela Colleen Shoell, as mortgagor(s) to Alvin L. Robinson and Alice
L. Robinson, Trustees of the Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust dated April 10,
1997, as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of $200,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the County Cleric and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
on February 4, 2008 in Book 685PR, Page 637 mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to wit:
