Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson, Trustees
of the Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust dated April 10, 1997„
grantee(s), whose address is: PO Box 677 Afton, WY, 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
A tract of land in the North Half of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6,
Township 31 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, said tract being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said North Half of the South Half of the Southwest
Quarter, said point of beginning lying North 89°43'30" East, 481.57 feet from the Northwest
corner thereof (South one-sixteenth corner), said Northwest corner being a MAG nail in
asphalt with reference monuments South 88°22'05" West, 59.13 feet and North 77°02'35" East,
40.51 feet, each reference monument being a 3 brass cap inscribed "PAUL N. SCHERBEL
RLS 164" and appropriate details;
thence North 89°43'30" East, 1653.68 feet along said North line;
thence South 00°02'23" West, 656.80 feet to a point on the South line of said North Half of the
South Half of the Southwest Quarter;
thence South 89°36'14" West, 1653.70 feet along said South line;
thence North 00°02'23" East, 660.29 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO, a tract of land in the North Half of the South Half of the Southwest. Quarter of Section
6, Township 31 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, said tract being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said North Half of the South Half of the Southwest
Quarter, said point of beginning lying North 89°43'30" East, 2135.25 feet from the Northwest
corner thereof (South one-sixteenth corner), said Northwest corner being a MAG nail in
asphalt with reference monuments South 88°22'05" West, 59.13 feet and North 77°02'35" East,
40.51 feet, each reference monument being a 3 1/4" brass cap inscribed "PAUL N. SCHERBEL
RLS 164" and appropriate details;
thence North 89°43'30" East, 352.06 feet along said North line;
thence South 05°17'14" East, 173.78 feet;
thence South 05°34'29" East, 121.75 feet;
thence South 05°59'17" East 189.36 feet;
thence South 06°50'35" East, 174.28 feet to a point on the South line of the North Half of the

thence North 00°02'23" East, 656.80 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
