THIS TRUSTEE'S DISTRIBUTIVE DEED made this Lv of " 1 , 2009, between
Burton J. Esrig and Joel S. Esrig, as Successor Co-Trustees of the . Donald Lane Trust under
Agreement dated June 13, 2000, as amended and restated on August 23, 2007, and as Successor Co-
Trustees of the Florence D. Lane Revocable Trust dated June 13, 2000, as amended and restated on
August 23, 2007, with full power to protect, conserve and to sell or to otherwise manage and dispose
of the real property disclosed herein pursuant to F.S. 689.071, having an address of 10739B Lady
Palm Lane, Boca Raton, Florida 33498 (collectively, the "Grantor"*), and Burton J. Esrig, a married
man, having an address of 1755 York Avenue, Apt. 2-L, New York, New York 10128, and Joel S.
Esrig, a married man, having an address of 309 Roundstone Court, Las Vegas, Nevada 89145, as
tenants in common (collectively the "Grantee"*).
WITNESSETH: That Grantor, for and inconsideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and
valuable considerations, receipt whereof by Grantor is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to Grantee, and Grantee's heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns forever, all of
the Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described land, situate, lying and being
in Lincoln County, Nevada, to-wit:
Lot Eighty-Six (86) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Three (3) as platted and recorded in the
official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND Grantor hereby warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
*"Grantor" and "Grantee" are used for singular or plural, the masculine or feminine, and the
respective heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of the parties, jointly or severally, as the
context requires.
