KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that Simpson Properties, Ltd., a Wyoming
Limited Partnership, with its principal mailing address at PO Box 69, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantor," for ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Convey and Quitclaim unto
Michele LaBounta, of PO Box 3347, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee," all of Grantors' interests in and to the following described real property situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows. To wit:
Lot Fourteen (14) of the Star Valley Ranch Plat Thirteen (13), as platted and recorded in
the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, improvements
and appurtenances thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to any taxes, reservations,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements of sight and/or record.
FURTHERMORE KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that the Grantor does
hereby waive and release any and all rights that they may have in the aforementioned real
property by virtue of or arising under the Homestead Laws of the State of Wyoming.
