Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

As to an undivided 1/3 interest

Frank A. Sedey and Charlotte A. Sedey
Husband and Wife
As to an undivided 1/3 interest

Raymond J. Sedey and Sandy Sedey
Husband and Wife
As to an undivided 113 interest
Grantees, whose mailing address is 1117 Cedar Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to-wit:
Lots 11, 12 and 13 of Block 7 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record.
