Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do(es) Convey and Warrant To

A Delaware Limited Liability Company,
grantee, whose address is: P.O. Box 531 Rutherford, CA, 94573 the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Parcel 1
A portion of the property, as referred to in the Deeds recorded in Book 497PR, on Pages 808 thru 811, with the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, of
Section 34, Township 35 North, Range 119 West, of the 6"' P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and
bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 2000 location for the
Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 34 North, of said Range 119 West;
thence North 89°07116" West, along the North line of said Northwest Quarter, 1323.68 feet to the B.L.M. type
Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2002 location for the Southeast Corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 34;
thence North 1°00'23" East, along the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, 1150.00 feet
to a Referenced Point in Salt River, said point being 173.79 feet North 1000'23" East, along the East line from
the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2002 location for the Northeast Corner
of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
thence South 89°07113" East, 1328.42 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a Point in the West line of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 34;
thence South 1114'32" West, along said West line, 1150.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel 2
The right of access as provided for in instruments recorded February 15, 2005 in Book 579PR on pages 2 and 7 of
the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
NOTE: This serves to correct name of the grantee shown In that certain Warranty Deed recorded
January 9, 2009 in Book 712 on page 640 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
