Beginning in late 2008, I, Virginia Bayles, loaned my daughter, Mitzi Bayles Clinger,
additional monies of an ongoing nature, approximating the amount of $15,526 (Fifteen
thousand five hundred twenty-six and no/100) as of today's date against her home
located at 1888 Co. Rd 114, Freedom, Wyoming (legal description of the home, if
applicable, is attached as Exhibit A). These monies have been loaned in order to make
the house payments and etc. as she goes through her divorce, moves and tries to sell the
home. There may be additional monies loaned until she secures employment and income
of such a nature that she is able to continue the house payments and bills on her own. All
monies loaned in this manner are fully documented.
This note is secured against the property located at 1888 Co. Rd 114 in Freedom,
Wyoming; however, it is agreed that Mitzi will pay me back with the first monies she
obtains from the sale of the home at 44 Jackknife Rd., Freedom, Idaho, or from the sale
of the home at 1888. Co. Rd., Freedom, Wyoming, should that become necessary.
