KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WAYNE K. COOK, of P.O. Box 233, Cokeville, Wyoming 83113 of County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, grantor, for the consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, conveys and
quitclaims Quito WAYNE S. COOK and DEBORAH J. COOK, husband and wife, of P.O. Box
313, Cokeville, Wyoming 83113, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as tenants by the
entireties, with full right of survivorship, the following described real estate and premises situate
in the County of Lincoln, in the State of Wyoming, to wit:
See EXHIBIT "A" hereto attached and made apart hereof;
hereby releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead laws of the State of
Wyoming;

BEGINNING at Corner No. 3 of said Tract No. 104;
thence N00°38' 15"E, 400.00 feet, along the west line of said Tract No. 104 to a point;
thence S88°50'35"E, 600.00 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said Tract No. 104
to a point;
thence SO0°38' 15"W, 400.00 feet, along a line parallel with the said west line to a point on said
south line;
thence N88°50'35"W, 600.00 feet, along the south line of said Tract No. 104 to the CORNER
OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 5.51 acres, more or less;
SUBJECT to a sixty (60) foot wide easement for Legion Park Lane;
