of Photostatic Records on page 278, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of GLO Lot 1 of said Section 6;
thence S00°-06'-22"E, 119.47 feet, along the east line of the SE'/4NE%4 of said Section 6,
to a point;
thence N89°-50'-28"W, 790.88 feet, to the southwest point of said tract in Book 527;
thence N00°-10'-31"E, 375.72 feet, along the west line of said tract in Book 527, to a spike
on the centerline of Stump Creek County Road No. 12-133 at the beginning of a non-
tangent circular curve to the left, whose radius point bears N27°-55'-03"W;
thence coursing said centerline and the north line of said tract in Book 527 as follows:
