and DEANNE HUMPHERYS, together comprising the those having interest in the Lone Pine
Land Company, LLC, HCR 61 Box 280, Thayne, WY 83127, GRANTORS, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to JERRY RAY
HUMPHERYS and DEANNE HUMPHERYS, TRUSTEES of the Jerry Ray Humpherys and
Deanne Humpherys Joint Living Trust dated August 23, 2004, HCR 61, Box 280, Thayne,
Wyoming 83127, GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, the following described real
property situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
That land described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming, land records in 365 PR Pages 0140-0142, as Instrument No. 798241, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments, and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
Subject, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements, and rights-of-way of
record, of sight, or in use.

THIS QUITCLAIM DEED is given by Jerry Ray
Humpherys and Deanne Humpherys, husband and wife, with an
address of HCR 61, Box 280, xhayne, Wyoming 83127
("Grantor") to Lone Fine Land Company, LLC, a Wyoming
limited liability company, with an address of HCR 61, Box
280, Thayne, Wyoming 83127 ("Grantee").
For valuable consideration, Grantor hereby
quitclaims to Grantee all of Grantor's right, title and
interest in and to the real property located in Lincoln
county, Wyoming, that is described on Exhibit A attached
hereto.
GRANTOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHATSOEVER.
