CORSI (Grantors), ~or a ~ood and valuab lc consideration, the receip~ of which is hereby acknow [edged, do hereby ~ram, convey and warram un~o Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, o~'Ai'ton and Jackson, ~Vyom[ng and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easemem and right o~ ~vay For the consm~ction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement o~th~ electric ~ransmissi~n ~aciiiti~s and related s~a~e ag ~echnological improvements m scrvi~e ~o members, o~ the Gramee, to be constructed and maintained under, over, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LincoIn County, State of Wyoming, along a line described as follows, ~o wit: BEING part of Lot 1 (NE ~A NE % and the SE % NE ~), Section 2, Township 35 North~ Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln Coun~ Wyoming. BEGINNING at a point being the south east ~orner of said lot 1; Thence west 40 feet to a point on the south property bounda~; Thence easement begins and bears north, 2640 feet, more or less, to a point on the north proper~ bounda~, said point being 40 feet wes~ of the northeast proper~ boundary. EASEMENT width 40 feet on each side of described line. To~ether with all necessary and reasonable rights o~ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and ~rcnches For the location and repair of said facilities located within this easemcm and to ct~t, trim, otherwise control, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergro~h or other obstructions ~vithin ~0 ~eet of the centerline of the transmission facilities or improvements which interfere with or threaten ~o inter~acc with or endanger thc operation, repair, or maintenance of said Facilities. The Gramor acknowledges that Electric and Magnetic Fields (EMF) arc naturally occurring in the transmission of electricity, and the Gran~ee has here notified Gramor that EMF testing and in~brmation is available upon request ~rom the Grantee. This ~asemen~ by Grantor is intended to include so much space as is necessary or appropriate to the presence o~ EMF and reasonable operatim~ oi'the Grantee's ~ransmission lines. The undersigned agrees that all poles, wires and other ~hzilities, installed on the above described I~nds ar the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, remow~ble in thc sole d~scrc~ion o~the Gran~ec.
