KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 24,
2008 and executed by Mitchell O. Miles and Sherri B. Miles Trustees of the Mitchell O. Miles
and Sherri B. Miles Family Trust Dated the 0 Day of May, 2006, a mortgage conveying a lien
on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $40,000.00 mortgage was
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 07th day of July, 2008, in Book# 699, of Mortgages, at Page#
269 as Document# 940321 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
