Box 1504, Afton, Wyoming 83110, all interest in the following described real property, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Secion 32, Township 33 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 12 of Photostatic Records on page 527, described as follows: Beginning at a spike on the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, West 259.61 feet; from the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter found as described in the Corner Record files in said Office; Thence West, 173.07 feet along said South line to a spike; Thence North 00°05.5' East 503.37 feet, parallel with the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, to a point; Thence East 173.07 feet, parallel with said South line, to a point; Thence South 00°05.5' West, 503.37 feet, parallel with said East line, to the Spike of Beginning. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
