unto Bank of America, N.A, a National Banking Association and existing under the laws of (herein "Assignee"), whose
address is 100 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28255, a certain Mortgage/Deed of Trust dated May 8, 2009 made and
executed by Everett D. Peterson and Patricia A. Peterson, trustees for the Everett and Pat Peterson Family Trust,
dated 8th day of January, 2001, to and in favor of Cherry Creek Mortgage Co., Inc., upon the following described
property situated in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING:
Lot 9 of Star View Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on November 4, 1981 as
instrument No. 568074 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Commonly Known As: 224 HILLVIEW DRIVE, AFTON, Wyoming 83110
such Mortgage/Deed of Trust having been given to secure payment of $303,750.00, (Maximum Principal Amount)
which Mortgage is of record in Book, Volume, or Liber No. 722 , at page .996
(or as No. 947155 ) of the PUblic Records of T.incpln
County, State of Wyoming together with the note(s) and obligations therein described and the money due and to
become due thereon with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under such Mortgage/Deed of Trust.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns, forever, subject only to the terms and
conditions of the above-described Mortgage/Deed of Trust.
