THIS INDENTURE is made the,* day of al 2009,
by and between Warm Creek Enterprises, Inc., Wyoming
Corporation, the Grantor, and Earnest G. Gray, Jr. and Judy A.
Gray, husband and wife, whose address is: 172 Rainbow Drive
#7258, Livingston, TX 77399-1072, the Grantee;
That the grantor does, by these presents, hereby CONVEY
AND WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot,
piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, and more particularly described as:
Lot 568 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 2 Stage 2, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof,
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights of way of record, of sight or in
use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these
presents to be signed by its duly authorized Officer, the day and
year first above written.
