other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

corporation, Grantee, of P.O. Box 33, Opal, Wyoming 83124, the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:

center line of the said right-of-way to a point on the north line of
said Section Eleven (11); thence South 89°58' East 4581.3 feet
along the north line of said Section Eleven (11) to the northeast
corner of Section Eleven (11); thence S 00°06' East 3793.6 feet
along the east line of Section Eleven (11) to the place of
