Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Convey and Warrant To

County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
A portion of Section 26, Township 33 North Range 119 West of the 6"' P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 26 and
thence running South 230 feet;
thence West 220 feet;
thence North 230 feet;
thence East 220 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming. l
