grantor of Auburn, State of Wyoming, for and. in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable
Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Convey and Warrant To
John Porter and Teresa S. Porter, Husband and Wife, as tenants by the entireties,
grantees, whose address is: P.O. Box 910 Afton, WY, 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
A portion of Section 26, Township 33 North Range 119 West of the 6t° P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 26 and
thence running South 230 feet;
thence West 220 feet;
13 thence North 230 feet;
thence East 220 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
