Fields of Gold LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and Aspen Hills Development,
a Wyoming corporation, both with principal place of business located at of Bedford, Lincoln County,
Wyoming (mailing address: 807 Lincoln County Road 127, Bedford, WY 83112, grantors, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is acknowledged, grant and convey to
Blair Erickson and Alice Erickson, husband and wife, of 1903 Lincoln County Road 12-123,
Bedford, WY 83112, grantees,
the following described non-exclusive, perpetual right-of-way easement for the following purposes:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of providing a perpetual
non-exclusive 20-foot wide right-of-way easement for ingress and egress from Lincoln County
Road No. 12-127 through the Suter's Canyon Subdivision to lands owned by the United States
Forest Service for agricultural access to move cattle to and from said Forest Service lands and for
related vehicular access, including the right to maintain a roadway and the right to inspect the
easement.
However, this Easement is not for the purpose of providing or creating a public right
of way or access to any public lands.
2. Conditions of this Easement. The conditions of this easement are:
a. This easement is an agricultural easement only for purposes of
moving cattle to and from the U.S. Forest Service lands and related
vehicular traffic. In connection with and at the time of such use only,
grantees may also transport firewood.
b. It is a nonexclusive easement.
C. Grantees assume the risk and any liability from their use of the
easement.
d. The easement shall terminate at such time as grantees, or their heirs,
successors, or assigns, no longer have a grazing permit to graze
cattle on the U.S. Forest Service lands based on deeded lands owned
by grantees.

e. Grantees will not fence the easement without grantors' prior written
consent.
3. Property Benefited by Easement. This easement is for the benefit of the following
described real property of the grantees in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Lots 3 and 4 and S1/2NW1/4 of Section 4, T33N, R118W of the 6th P.M., in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, containing 165.86 acres, more or less.
4. Description of Easement. The easement is described as follows:
South Haystack, a 60 foot access road, and also that "Twenty (20) foot Cattle
Easement" as depicted on that plat of Suter's Canyon Phase Two Subdivision of record
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County with Accession No. 938819 and on that plat
of Suter's Canyon Subdivision Phase Two Second Filing, of record in said Office with
Accession No. 944254, which easement follows the line common to Lot 16 of said
Suter's Canyon Phase Two Subdivision and Lot 24 of said Suter's Canyon Subdivision
Phase Two Second Filing Subdivision.
5. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon
and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest and assigns of the parties named in this
instrument.
6. Waiver of Homestead Rights. The grantors hereby waive and release all rights to
the described easement under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming to the extent that such rights may interfere with the purposes of this easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have executed this easement as of the 10th day of
June, 2009.
