McDonald and Kaylene McDonald, husband and wife, Grantors, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO Michael Lloyd McDonald, Trustee of the Michael Lloyd McDonald Revocable Trust under agreement dated January 30, 2008, for the benefit of Michael Lloyd McDonald and Michael Lloyd McDonald's heirs, Grantee, whose address is 170 Braves Circle, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83110 an undivided one-half (1/2) tenancy in common interest and CONVEY AND WARRANT TO Mary Kaylene McDonald, Trustee of the Mary Kaylene McDonald Revocable Trust under agreement dated January 30, 2008, for the benefit of Mary Kaylene McDonald and Mary Kaylene McDonald's heirs, Grantee, whose address is 170 Braves Circle, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83110 an undivided one-half (1/2) tenancyin common interest in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit: Lot 4 of Wild Flower Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 198-B filed September 26, 2003 as Instrument No. 893865 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record.
