hereby making the following statements of fact:
1. That Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. holds a Mortgage with
Nadine R. Edwards dated 16 November 2006 and recorded 21 November 2006 in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book 641 of Photostatic Records on Page 51, all of
the property described under the Certificate if Surveyor on the plat titled "BEAR CREEK
ESTATES SIXTH FILING IDENTICAL WITH LOT 4 OF BEAR CREEK ESTATES
SUBDIVISION WITHIN NE1/4NE1/4 SECTION 18 T34N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING", dated 3 July 2008, as revised; and recorded concurrently herewith.
2. That the undersigned officer has reviewed said plat.
3. That said officer has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of
Mortgagee thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this Certificate of Mortgagee's Signature is signed instead of and has the
same effect as if the original mylar of said plat had been signed.
