75254, GRANTOR(S) for and in consideration of Ten dollars and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY(S) AND
WARRANT(S) to Anthony H. Nield and Brandy L. Nield, husband and wife,
